Crawling And Muscle Development Facts!

1. Did you know crawling helps the right and left brain communicate, develop postural and core musculature (read: develop baby abs of steel), and is a critical developmental step? Contrary to popular belief, we don't want to skip crawling!
2. Did you know that ADD/ADHD diagnoses are on the rise? Often, children have weak stomach muscles causing an inability to sit still which could lead to a misdiagnosis of ADD/ADHD. Strengthening early gives your child the ability to sit still and participate in school.
WHAT'S INLCUDED IN THE COURSE?
CORE STRENGTH
Just like adults, it’s essential for kids to strengthen their core muscles. A strong core helps them support their body and move with confidence as they grow!
SITTING
Sitting is an important milestone! Learn the sitting progression and how to foster independence with sitting.
PRE-CRAWLING SKILLSÂ
 THE MAIN EVENT: CRAWLING
Once your baby has mastered the early skills, it’s time to move on to crawling! Let's work on marking an exciting milestone in your baby’s development.
